What is Metalphoto®?
Metalphoto® aluminum is photosensitive, anodized aluminum used to make durable, high-resolution nameplates, labels, control panels and barcode tags.
A Metalphoto® aluminum nameplate is the most durable type of aluminum nameplate product offered. It has the best resolution of any aluminum material, giving high levels of detail like a photograph. We use bright light to place information on the plate, similar to the process of developing pictures before digital cameras. Through this process, your information is sealed inside of the anodized aluminum, protecting it from chemicals, corrosion and abrasions.
