We strive to provide you with the most accurate pricing possible. Since we are a custom manufacturer, we attempt to get any necessary details up front to ensure we deliver the most accurate quote possible, tailored to your needs.   • What are Roemer’s payment terms and acceptable forms of payment?

Typically, credit card is required for first orders. If you are interested in credit terms for future orders, we require one bank and three trade references to get that set up for you.   • What certifications does Roemer Industries hold?

ISO 9001:2015: At Roemer, we take pride in manufacturing high-quality nameplates and labels. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified, demonstrating our commitment to stringent quality management practices. This ensures we consistently meet your exact specifications.

UL Authorized: Roemer is a member of the UL Authorized Label Supplier Program. This allows us to apply UL markings directly to your nameplates and labels.

ITAR: We are also ITAR registered, ensuring we adhere to all relevant International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) for controlled items.

  • What are standard shipping terms at Roemer?

Roemer ships standard orders FOB from Masury, OH. Our carriers include: UPS, FedEx and several other freight companies. Upon order, you’ll be able to choose your preferred carrier, shipping method, and account number. You’ll be billed directly by your chosen carrier, allowing you to take advantage of any negotiated rates or discounts. If preferred, Roemer can prepay the shipping cost and add it to your invoice for your convenience.

  • Why did Roemer ship us more parts than we ordered?

Our pricing reflects an industry standard shipment quantity of +/- 10%. However, we understand your needs may vary. At the time of order, you can reach out to our friendly customer service team for different accommodations. You will be billed for the amount shipped upon completion.

  • What does the order process look like at Roemer Industries?

You can submit a purchase order to our customer service team at [email protected]. Our team will acknowledge your order, confirm your shipping address, delivery dates and any other information as needed. For all first orders, you will receive an art proof to approve prior to start of production.

  • What is the standard lead time for orders?

At Roemer, we understand the importance of prompt delivery. We consistently strive to achieve industry-leading turnaround times for custom projects. To provide the most accurate lead time for your specific needs, our experienced sales team will include this information along with your personalized quote. They are happy to answer any questions you may have and ensure a smooth ordering process.

  • What if I need my parts in a hurry?

At Roemer, we offer our RoemerRapid premium service. For a fee, we can expedite your order. This service is subject to availability.

  • Can I get a proof before I place an order?

Art proofs are typically sent after order placement to ensure accuracy. Pre-order proofs are available upon request for an additional fee.

  • Does Roemer provide certificates or any other quality documents?

Yes. Roemer can provide PPAPs, First Article Inspections and Certificates of Conformance as needed.

  • Does Roemer have samples available to send if I want to see samples of their work before I place an order?

Yes. If you want to see samples of our labels and nameplates, reach out to our sales team for samples.

  • Are Roemer’s quotes free, or do they expire? How long are quotes good for?

Our quotes are completely free. Once we send your quote, please be aware that our prices are subject to change after 30 days.
