Chemical Etching
Chemical etching is a process that uses acid to remove targeted areas of metal surfaces. The etched areas can be filled with a wide variety of paints, enamels, or left blank, depending on your needs. Your custom designs are carved directly into the metal nameplates, ensuring your message stays sharp and clear for years to come.
Screen Printing
Screen Printing is a popular graphic printing process that presses ink through a screen to create a printed design or logo. At Roemer, we deliver vibrant, multi-color designs on a variety of surfaces, including our metal tags and graphic overlays. We offer color matching services for pantone colors as needed.
Sub-Surface Printing
Sub-surface printing, or "second-surface" printing is done below the surface of your material. It fully protects your label or graphic overlay from wear and tear, harsh UV rays, chemicals, greases and solvents. Our graphic polycarbonate overlays and labels, and some clear polyester labels can be sub-surfaced printed.
Laser Cutting
At Roemer, we take customization a step further. We combine our printing expertise with laser fabrication to create unique tags tailored to your exact needs. Our high-precision IPG laser cuts intricate shapes, holes, and sizes, even handling sharp internal corners with ease.
Digital Printing
Roemer Industries uses our digital Mimaki printer to create custom designs onto large sheets of vinyl and polyester. We offer high-quality, multi-color printing with variable data capabilities, and a wide range of fonts to match your needs.
Flexographic Printing
Flexographic printing or roll label printing produces multiple images all at once, on a roll, for easy application.
Metalphoto® Process
Our metalphoto® process is the most durable of them all. It uses a bright light to place information on a metal aluminum plate, similar to the process of developing film. Your text is protected as it's printed under the surface of the plate. Never worry about harsh environments!
Embossing
At Roemer, we are capable of embossing on our polycarbonate graphic overlays. Whether you need embossed buttons, keys or braille embossed labels, we can accommodate.
